I saw this whey powder at Sams Club for something like 15$. Each container has about 25-30 servings. I'm thinking of buying it (mainly because of the ridiculously low price) but just wanted to know if anyone had any experiences with it or would recommend something else? Thanks!

I've never tried it but that does sound like a really good price. Brands I've used before are Body Fortress, EAS, and currently I'm using Dymatize.

I'm normally completely against GNC but for the price, hit it up bro.

How much protein per serving? IF less than 25 grams, skip it. Otherwise give it a try!

    Good Luck!
  • My fiance and I use it. He lifts and I do endurance triathlons. We both like the taste, consistency, and price.

My husband and I both use the GNC Pro Performance Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 - chocolate flavor - and really like it. We think it tastes pretty good mixed with water (even better mixed with milk or, in my case, soy milk), and it really seems to help with post weight lifting recovery (less soreness). The nutrition facts say that the serving size is 3 scoops (280 cals, 1 fat, 0.5 sat fat, 15 cholesterol, 7 carbs, 1 fiber, 2 sugars, & 60 protein), but I only ever use one scoop!

We've used other protein powders in the past from GNC (various flavors) and have liked them, too. We've never had a problem with GNC protein powders and I actually drink their Lean Muscle Meal shakes on my drive into the gym if I'm working out in the morning...they have 170 cals and 25 gms of protein. Not that you asked, but thought I'd throw that out there, too! :)
