    some straight up common sense. I am sure that some will want to pick it apart and quantify and qualify it but he give some good broad guidelines. Kind of a KISS of weightloss.

    This is so true, especially #5. There is so much contradicting information out there regarding diets and exercise, it is best to read a little, and then try it out to see if it is working for you. What works for one person doesn't mean it will work for you. I understand how people ask a question on this site and then end up with multiple contradicting answers and leave feeling more confused than ever.

    I agree so much with #3. I'm so sick of hearing about carbs and which ones are "good carbs" and which are "bad carbs". As long as I eat in moderation and eat balanced (or close to it) it'll all be fine.
