Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream!!!

Saw this recipe on Hungry Girl site. I just made it, and even the hubs LOVED it!

1 frozen banana sliced
1/2 TBSP crunchy pb. (you can use creamy- but we didn't have that kind.)
1 tsp honey.

Mix first two ingredients in blender until smooth consistency.
Spoon into dish, drizzle 1 tsp honey on top.

Holy cow! I wouldn't believe it, but it's got a creamy consistency and actually was amazingly delicious! Try it out!

*Edit to add: Mine came to 164 cals for about a cup of this heavenly concoction!*

    Tasty indeed. I'm pretty sure I eat a little peanut butter and a banana every day..yum.

    I just made it and it was delicious!!!! Creamy like ice cream but so much healthier! Thank you for posting the recipe!

    Can't wait until I can afford to buy bananas again reguarly! Cyclones taken out crops has quadrupled the price.
