anyone know the cal info on the Costco Granola??the really yummy one in the bread section?

    I'm not sure..but my favorite granola (due to volume vs. macronutrients) is hemp granola w/flaxseed (bulk foods, usually found in organic sections).

    Serving is 1/2C
    5g FAT
    20g CHO
    6g SUG
