My Elliptical broke :( looking for more cardio ideas!!!!

I have been using my elliptical this whole time and am worried I won't lose as much or my results will slow down!!!:grumble: I have been running/walking outside and really like it, I just don't know if it's enough. And also, I have been walking more than running the last couple of weeks because my calf are soooooo achy! I love doing JM 30 DS also. Do you think that's enough of a workout though???? Please help, I am open to more work out ideas!

    How about trying skipping or burpees?

    Both skyrocket the heart rate and provide an excellent minimal equipment cardiovascular workout.

    Try jumping rope or mountain climbers. They are both great cardio exercises!!

    Jillian Michaels DVD (or if you have exercise TV her videos are On Demand). Her Fat Boost Metabolism will have you burn over 400 calories in under an hour. She does circuit training which is cardio combined with resistance training using only your body.
