    Firstly, I'm assuming you're talking weight - as in body weight and not wait - as in time?
    Secondly, as far as I remember, Lipton Teas are high in calories, so as long as you adjust your calories for the day, or make up for it in exercise, it won't effect your weight loss

    i don't think tea has calories in it, ya have to watch the sugar though.

    6 OZ. has 2 calories. That is brewed black tea no sugar or anything added. I was upset when I found out my coffee also has 2 calories. :frown: :cry:

    tetley red tea has no calories either!

    i drink 2 cups a day with no sugar or milk
