Hey team, it is monday :noway:
Tuesday weighers, LAST CHANCE!
Wednesday weighers..two workouts and good days ahead, use them wisely.
I sent each of you your results since starting the challenge. when you add it up for a lot of you there are some very impressive numbers out there. Quite a few double digit losses.
I want to mention our top three...
CARLOTTA with 17 lbs and a total percentage of body weight lost she is in the lead with 9.4%
HARLEYDIVA with 17lbs gone and 8.1% and CHIPPER15173 with 17.6 lbs and 7.6% lost! These are our teams top three losers based off of percentage but I do want to put out an honorable mention to JBEASINGER with a total loss of 19 lbs!
it can be done with determination and a little will power and of course, your body's willingness to allow changes. It is the new month. Set your november goals and remember, US Thanksgiving this month so plan! Or better yet, eat at a relatives house where you know the food is going to be bad and then temptation may be lightened up a b it :laugh:

Good job guys. My month was pretty good. I actually averaged over a pound a week, and I was only shooting for a pound a week, so that was good.
Friday, I was pretty excited about this weeks weigh in, but after the weekend I don't know. I had friends talk me into going out Friday night, so I had a "few" drinks. Then my mom took me out for lunch saturday at Appleby's, but I did have a salad, which I don't want to know how bad for me it was. Then my hubby took me to a Cold Stone Creamery. I have never been to one before, all I can say is it's a good thing it's 70 miles from my house. But I was very good the rest of the time so I will probably still be okay. But I need my bud's to keep after me today and tomorrow with the water.0 -

Falling off the wagon is NOT even close to what I did over the weekend while we were out of town...but I had a great time and I'm not looking back (except for remembering the chicken & dumplings hheehe). So, I'll be a proud recipient of the zero bus..I'm flagging it down on Wednesday BEGGING it to pick me up:laugh:

I don't know, I think the weather change and stuff is getting in the way of some focus I know my husband has been home for 5 weeks now and I am slacking a bit, but not really, he wanted to go foor walks and stuff last week and I lost weight without really trying. I think I discovered why the zero bus was mine for so long, too much work, not enough fuel. I did really low impact cardio this week and it worked. I guess we will see on Wed.

Hey I actually got to walk yesterday over my lunch and do a workout tape in the evening. I'm an out door person, but now that we switched the clocks back and it gets dark are 6:00, I'm in the house with nothing to do. I think I'll actually get the same work out in today.0

That's awesome, Anna! You are on a roll!! I'm hoping to get my new Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd in the mail today so it can kick my butt before weigh-in tomorrow. :noway:0

I'm here but only for a minute I have to get a work out in before I have to pick up the girls from daycare. Lets hope that the zero bus rolls right by my house with out stopping. I have been doing pretty good. Hubbys birthday was saturday and we went out for breakfast. 700 calories for breakast was way to much for me.

I didn't get my DVD today..waaah:sad: !!!!!!!! So now I have to get off my butt and go ride my bike since I've been a sack of lazy bones today!:bigsmile:0
