hey everyone 
just thought i would say a quick hello to the board and express how helpful MFP has been for me over the last two weeks. i've already lost 7 lbs, but it's been a difficult struggle trying to juggle my hectic work life and my new workout life.
my goal is to burn another 10 lbs by the end of summer... in a healthy way. i'm currently on a 1200 calorie diet and that's sometimes really hard to stick to, especially on night shifts, but i'm pulling through.
anyhoo... that's a wee blip on me. hope to get to know some of you soon
