Hello I am 36 years old and am 5'5" and weigh 158lbs. I have done the yoyo weight loss. I my weight is slowly creeping up. Since I got re-married I have gained over 30lbs! Last year I had knee surgery so my runnung days have come to a hault which has made getting the pounds off very difficult. I have recently started to go back to the gym and I have a meeting with a personal trainer. Hopefully he can help me run again and get this blasted weight off!!!! I am going on a Disney cruise the end of September and would love to be 20lbs lighter. I know I can do it but will I do it is the question. Sticking to calorie counting seems to be an issue these days. I guess I just dont want it bad enough. Maybe being apart of my fittness pal will help.
