Pros and Cons list

To help me stay focused, I started this Pro/Con list. If you have anything to add in either column, please state it!
Pros
1 Look attractive (external)
2 Feel attractive (internal)
3 DH more attentive
4 Avoid health problems: diabeties (both parents have/had it)
5 Stronger bones/muscles (list separately - Pro list needs to be longer!)
6 Ability to really play with grandchildren (not just watch TV w/ them!)
7 Pride of accomplishment (Go Me!)
8 Learn to dance with DH (he's promised once I hit my goal, we can take lessons - kinda backwards, I know, but whatever it takes to learn to Salsa and other sexy moves!)
9 Go off medication??? (Currently on meds for anxiety/depression)
10 Spend more time with DH while exercising (he's going cycling and walking w/ me)
11 Look/feel younger ("What? You have 4 kids and a grandson? I thought you were only 27!" I love that!!!)
12 Positive influence on children
Cons
1 Hard to maintain: age and metabolism issues (list separately?)
2 Must commit 1 hour per day for rest of life
3 Frustrations with scale "bouncing"
4 Must restrain food consumption
5 Can't use food as an excuse to celebrate
6 healthier foods cost more

This is a fab idea :bigsmile:
Mine would have to be basically the same, but with the following:
Pro:
Getting my diabetes under control
Enjoying my kids while they are still fairly young
Be able to enjoy any grandchildren I may have later on
Con:
Watching family tuck into tins of chocolates every year and not touch myself (oh dear, that sounds rude! :blushing: I mean not touch them myself!!!:bigsmile: )0 -
