Has anybody watched this? It's in 5 small parts and is from the makers of Fat Head. Well worth a watch!

    Thanks for pointing that out. I will go there and watch it. I just watched "Fat Head" on Netflix online, and then ordered my own dvd of it on Amazon. It's a pity that sound scientific principles have to be presented "underground" because the political and economic forces in this country have so much power over the mainstream media. Also ordered Gary Taubes book "Why We Get Fat, and What We Can Do About It."

    Yes, I want to get some of the books mentioned in the documentary. Taubes is one of them . :)

    The book, Why We Get Fat is awesome...
    People who have struggled with sensitivities to carbs or insulin resistance will find the book to be an eye opener. I just finished it and have incorporated some of his advice in my plan.
