Dr. Gott's No Sugar No Flour diet

Have just started this diet, not received the book in the mail yet.
Ate an amazing amount of food but its hard the no flour part!
Made a sandwich using turkey and sliced cheese for bread.
Can't even eat the flatbreat thingies. Any ideas? Have lost 6 lb
in 7 days. Also drinking Propel water Blueberry and Peach.

    How about using lettuce leaves as "bread". I do this when my family has taco night! My "taco shell" is lettuce leaves!

    Is this something you will be able to sustain for ever? Fad diets may help take some of the weight off, but if it's not a lifestyle that you can maintain then you are more likely to regain the weight. We gained this weight because we ate the wrong types and amounts of food. To lose and maintain we have to reteach ourselves how to eat the right kind of foods and the right quantity of foods.

    Pork skins have no sugar or flour... but give you some "crunch" every now and then.

    no flour ? no sugar? no way i could not eat like that forever and the minute i quit then start back the pounds would come back no no no lol but good luck
