Half Way There (with pics)

I started this journey about 4 and a half months ago. I was 281 when I started and completely miserable. Through tracking my calories and exercising regularly I was able to drop my first 40lbs! I'm half way to my goal of 200. I feel great about my progress, but I also see the potential in my body so I'm very motivated to finish this journey. It's truly a new way of life for me. No more fast food lunches, no more snacking in front of the tv, and no more late night ice cream runs! Here are a couple pics to show the progress.
