This dessert really hits the spot and the calorie count is so low I get to have it every night.

1/4 cup Greek Gods Honey Yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries (or any berries you like that are in season)

That's it. If you are not eating excess suger, this dessert will taste as good as ice cream. Or maybe I have just lost my mind.

:smooched: I have no restraint - that is my breakfast...to turn it into dessert, I often put some Chocolate Cheerios or ground espresso in there, but I"ve been know to eat my dessert as the first meal of the day...

ETA: Not the same as ice cream, but darn yummy!

I love adding frozen raspberries to greek yogurt. The berries break up just enough - the extra cold gives the yogurt a soft serve ice cream like texture - yum!

Also - Chobani Pineapple greek yogurt with toasted coconut and almonds

Too many calories in that for me, I am sad to say, cuz it sounds yummy.
  • my favorite dessert is one cup frozen fruits (any kind), blended in the blender with a few tbsp of orange juice and a tsp. of cinnamon. Sometimes I throw in a splenda packet, depending on the type of fruit. It makes a yummy sorbet that is only 35 - 90 calories, depending on the type of fruit you use.
