I hop in place while at work when I'm waiting at the register. I also hype it up by doing a little boogie hop!0

Haha, I lift weights every day at work (in the form of chairs, tales and trays).... but that doesn't really count, does it? I do calf raises while rolling/polishing silverware.0

I don't know if it's really an exercise, but I randomly flex my calves all the time. Mostly because they're badass and I like the way they look.0

Squats & arm circles while my lunch is microwaing at work. Or leg lifts - like high knees but without the jumping. I don't really want my coworkers wondering what the heck I'm doing! :laugh:0

I lay on the floor while watching TV and do arm exercises with 5-lb weights, and throw in some ab work as well. Also, I do squats in the kitchen while waiting for the microwave. :happy:0
