Ugh!!!

I've been at this for about 5 weeks. I lost 2 pounds the first 2 weeks. YEAH!!! Then I gained it back. BOO!!! I should mention that I just got a new scale and that might have something to do with it. I've been hovering around 1200 calories a day, and eating my exercise calories back. I've been walking, jogging (started C25K this week), and doing Zumba on the Wii. I'm not feeling like I want to give up, I'm really starting to enjoy this exercise stuff.
However, it would be nice to see more than an inch lost in my waist in 5 weeks. :grumble:

HUGS!! I know people say to eat your exercise cals back.. I only try and eat some of them (unless I have to because I ate too much that) but maybe thats what you should try? some people go for eating half of them. but I just eat a little but I dont burn a lot0

Check your Sodium intake. That could be a reason your aren't seeing the numbers on the scale.0
