Has anyone noticed how if you add a new food it asks for the entry in cups? This i find odd as a slice of bread etc is not a cup, can this be ammended at all? Thanks for reading & I hope i put this in the correct section of the forum, if not .... Sorry!

Are you talking about creating a new food? You don't have to enter it as cups, that's just their example. I typically weigh mine out and enter it as grams or ounces. It is just to the system has a way to determine what a serving is.
