    Be sure to give your body time to recover between workouts. Eat a banana after your workouts if you can. The potassium will help relieve muscle cramps.

    keep working! don't stop mid workout.. that is the worst thing you can do because you won't get going again.. try cycling.. but do not overwork yourself.. you'll only cause more harm than good.. take the post workout banana advice from joebarrett as well!
