Hello all!

Little background, i'm fat... and I need to lose weight.

So far im down 11lbs, a few weeks ago i was at 190, currently 179. 5'7


Don't look at the big number, start small increments and you'll get there. My goal is 160lbs, 1-2 lbs a week.

Exercise

4x a week M, W, F Strength Training
Saturday Running. ( Marathon Training )
