Hi! New to the forum but not new to dieting! ; )

Wanted to say hi. I'm on a great journey to getting this weight off and hitting my goal once and for all. I've got quite a ways to go but I'm not gonna rush it. I'm finding that following a 1290/cal/day is working for me. I'm satisfied and I don't feel like I'm starving to lose the weight. I started watching cals (the RDA for my height and weight) on July 9th. I welcome anyone to visit and add me as a friend.
