I'm new.
I'm alright, how are you?

Maybe too late for this bikini season, but a super jump start on next years!
I'm starting with a trainer in a few weeks who suggested I go ahead & start tracking my diet on here so that we can get a jump start on my nutritional needs.

So, I decided to go ahead & use the social aspect of the site.

    Hi, from what I can tell so far of what you're posting in your diary, you're eating far too few calories per day. Everybody's different, but 1200 per day is a recommended minimum. Talk to a doctor before continuing that though. There are a few days where I go just as little bit under that, but never that low.

    Hi Katy!

    I'm new too! My names Rob and I have a pretty big challenge ahead of me but I'm prepared to move forward and get it done. I was a WW member for about 8 months and found it helpful but it was killing my wallet. I think I know enough to do it with some help from a virtual community and myfitnesspal.com so I'm here to make it happen. Good luck on your journey!
