Steak is off the menu since we had it last night but I just can't rap my head around what to have and I have to figure it out soon to I can take something out of our freezer.

What I have: boneless chicken breast, ground beef, apple bourbon pork tenderloin, sausage links

Replies

Chicken breast cooked in the oven with tomato sauce, red and green peppers, onions and olives, serve with some plain boiled rice and salad x

Here's an easy Mexican Chicken foil pack meal that is great!

Take a large piece of foil (enough to cover a chicken breast & potatoes &/or veggies & seal up)

Put a chicken breast on that
Rub it with a tablespoon or 2 of taco seasoning
Chop up a potato or some veggies & put in a cup or as much as you'd like
Cover with a cup or 2 of salsa
Add about 1/4 cup lowfat cheese

Seal up & bake for about 45 minutes at 350
    Add lowfat sourcream & enjoy:-)
