    Adam Lambert has some awesome upbeat songs - Sure Fire Winners, If I Had You, Music Again. I have a lot of boy bands and Spice Girls on my mix. Aqua and Toy Box too. Uh... Cascada, DJ Sammy.... J. Lo's new stuff is pretty dancey and upbeat. My personal favorites to listen to are Tokio Hotel and My Chemical Romance. Nothing motivates me like 'Save Yourself I'll Hold Them Back'
