Im about to start this and do you do cardio outside of this as well?

    You can, but you don't need to. There is a doubles option that adds an extra cardio workout 3 days/week (the strength training days). It is okay to do more, as long as you are getting enough rest and fuel, but I would only recommend doing more than the program if you are already in amazing shape.

    You can, but do it a few hours apart from your resistance workouts (like in the Doubles routine). On cardio days (Plyo, Kenpo, Yoga) you can if you want, but I think you'll just tire yourself out.

    OH also. You won't need the extra outside cardio days if you really BRING IT when you have to. Good luck! I have faith in you. :)
