Gotta get my "pre-baby" self back!

Well, it has been year since my baby was born, and while I've lost all the weight I gained with him, I have pretty much fallen off the exercise wagon and I've been eating less healthfully overall than I did before I got pregnant. I've never been one for calorie counting or even mindful eating. Seems like it is time to start! Like most moms, even when the scale reads the same number as before, the body shape is different (and for me, much less "tight"). So, my goal is to lose 10 pounds (which, frankly, I was planning to do anyway 2 years ago, but then I got pregnant) and exercise at least 3 days a week - but I put 5 on my settings!

    Good luck!! Getting started is the best thing you can do. Commit to it and then the real fun begins.
