I turned 34 today and I want to change my life around. No more excuses. This is the best birthday gift I can give myself. Please help me get motivated and give me all the support in the world!!!!! I LOVE MFP!!

    Good Luck! I just "started over" this weekend as well.:explode: I am determined to do it right and stick to it this time!!! Finally got back into the gym today! Lots of Luck!!!!!!!!!
