Completed a full year of P90X this morning! I can't believe I have come this far... maybe not 'infomercial leve' success, but I'm pretty darn proud of myself regardless! Going on vacation this Friday and using it as my official 'Recovery Week' before moving on to Round 5 and patiently waiting for P90X2 to come out in the fall!

I'm 5'8" and started Day 1 at 148 lbs. and today I weighed in at 141.4 lbs. Not alot of weight lost, but a whole lot of muscle gained... which is what I wanted :)

    Great job. You look terrific and although you didn't need to shed really any weight the results are very dramatic with the toning and muscle definition. Tony would be so proud of you!

    Wow! That's fantastic!! What a transformation with P90x.

    I want that kind of change when I do P90x. How do you do it over and over without getting burned out on it? Is it the progress and results that keep you going back for another 90 days?

    If anyone (i.e., me) ever wondered whether it was worth it to knock off those final 10 and get toned, no more. Phenomenal. Did you do workouts at home to a video?
