I love my HRM! 1300 cals burned standing in line yesterday. I should have left when I heard 3 hr wait, but looked that the HRM and thought..........hmm great story to tell!!

That is if my canidate wins! LOL

Now I have to do normal stuff for an hour and see what I would have burned in normal day. I bet I burned 660 extra for the day! WOooooooHOoooooooooooo

KERRI you must feel GREAT! Excuse me who am I....well I am Kerri and I am wearing 10's, and you!??:flowerforyou:

Aren't 10s a thing of beauty? I gave away all my 12s to my "size 14" friend. She's right behind me on the weight loss.....nice work Kerr, and AWTY, good job with the VOTING as a 1300 calorie burn. How did you enter that in your exercise log??

Ok I been seriously thinking about getting one of those (HRM's). AWTY...are you SERIOUS?? You really burned that many calories just standing in line? Thats awesome!

And I guess that answers one of the questions I was going to post on here about them...you wear them all day? Not just when exercising? I LIKE that idea...

  • I LOVE my Polar F6!!! It's the best most valuable piece of exercise equipment I have ever bought. Yesterday, I met with a personal trainer for the first time ever and burned 900 calories in 1 hour 10 min. Then, that afternoon, my friend and I did our usual walk and I burned another 300 calories. That Polar F6 is so motivating!

Today, though, after being tortured by the personal trainer, I need someone to lift my arms for me!

I keep hearing how great these Polar's are - how much are they and where did you get yours?

I got my f6 on ebay for about $75 with $10 shipping ... it was a buy it now because I didn't have time to mess with an auction, but you might be able to get one for somewhat less if you can babysit bidding.

I wore it shopping last night and burned a LOT more calories than I thought I would have ... can't wait to actually exercise with it on!

    HI!

I didnt log my calories in MFP that day.( I figure approx 600 cals burned in addition to what I would have burned if hanging out at home)

I love the Polar F6 and wear it only when I exercise.

    Paid $99 at Sports Authority.

While standing in line I did yoga, balancing on 1 leg, calf lifts, squats, duck walks, stretching, arm lifts. I was so bored I kept moving the entire time, gave my chair to someone in line. 6 hours is a really long time!! LOL

Wouldnt give up my PF6 for anything
  • Mine Polar F6 was $89 at Scheels. I love it!!!
