Anyone wanna help me estimate my sushi lunch?

I have the hardest time estimating how many calories sushi has. We go to this place for lunch that isn't a franchise so I can't find nutrition information about it on the internet, only their menu.
So here's what I had:
4 rolls of Tropical Sunset Roll:
Spicy snow crab real meat wrapped in seaweed, topped with fresh mango.
3 rolls of Esmerald Isle Roll:
combination of avocado, cream cheese and Japanese Kanpyo
2 rolls of Hayden Roll:
Fried black tiger prawn and avocado wrapped in seaweed, topped with snow crab meat, crunchy and special eel sauce.

I'm guessing maybe a total of 600 cals? Anybody with a better estimate?
Thanks for any help!

You just actually did the legwork needed for most meals out or takeout meals.

Just log it by ingredient bit by bit. Kind of a pain, but once you have it in there it is in there for next time you need it! :)

When you say "roll" you mean "piece" right? Otherwise that's a lot of sushi. It looks like you stayed away from the rolls with mayo so I think 600 is a pretty safe estimate.

haha ukhennin woops yes I meant pieces of course. I couldn't eat that much sushi.

    Onesnap-thanks I don't even know why I didn't consider that...d'uh!

This! Plus you can add those individual ingredients to a 'recipe' once you have found them and create your own 'meal' to select next time.

not sure...I guess you would have to do piece by piece. The cream cheese and the fried pawns are going to be the downside.

But it all sounds very yummy. It sure sounds better than the healthy choice I had.

I love sushi and I have the hardest time tracking the calories too, as long as you mean pieces I think 600 sounds about right

Did you have soya sauce to dip it in? That is the killer. I had sushi on the weekend had about 600 calories worth but my sodium was over 3000 and it helped cause me to gain 4 lbs of water perhaps the next couple of days. I am still up 1 lb from it.

It really was yummy :) I rewarded myself a little bit after I made it almost half way to my goal. I'm sure your healthy choice was at least a lot better for you!

Luckily this time I was smart enough not to use any soy sauce! I used to consume tons of it but I am afraid of exactly that. I know the sushi itself probaly wasn't good for me either but I'm ok with that. It was a reward for me today :)

Also, I am trying to drink more water today to help get rid of all the sodium.

Hope your last lbs is fading soon :)
