    Thanks! I really started losing in early May of last year. The after pic was taken right around Christmas. I have been maintaining since then, but I have recently decided to lose the last ten pounds and tone up. My diary is open to friends so if you want to have a look, feel free to add me. I was vegan for a good part of the time I was losing weight, but some pretty major demands on my money and time made it very hard to stick with a healthy, well-planned vegan diet. These days I eat mainly a high-protein, high fiber diet. I stay vegetarian most of the time but eat meat (usually chicken) a few times a week. My exercise routine is usually running (the couch to 5K program to start out with) with a few sessions per week of something else to mix it up (usually swimming, bike, or walking interval programs).
