this might be a silly question but can you eat the skin?

    First off there is no such thing as a silly question. . That is how we educate ourselves. . But yes, you can eat the skin. .

    That is in fact where a lot of the nutrients are located at. . Just make sure to wash your veggies good.. don't want to be ingesting pesticides. .

    I always do!

    My favorite recipe for a sweet potato is to slice it thinly and lay the slices out on a cookie sheet. I sprinkle them with a little garlic salt and pop them in the oven to bake for 30 min (flipping after 15 min). They're delicious and sometimes I don't even eat the whole thing because there's so many slices!
