So 8 oz of water = one glass on MFP Correct?
So a 16 oz bottle of water counts as two glasses??
Sorry if this is a stupid question...thanks :flowerforyou:

My understanding is that is correct. A 16oz glass of water equates to 2 MFP Cups as well as 2 measured cups.
BTW: 8oz (1 measured Cup) = 237ml for those metrically minded folks0 -
So I did some additional research on this question and found out that there is no internationally agreed upon standard for what constitutes a "volumetric cup".
Apparently in Canada (as well as several other countries that use the English measurement system) a “Cup” is 250ml whereas in the United States the “legal definition” of a “Cup” is 240ml. There is, of all things, a “Metric Cup” which seems a bit odd.
Oh well . . . that’s the nice thing about standards . . . there are so many to choose from.0
