On Saturday my SIL and super good friend are going into the city, on Saturday, to have a birthday evening out; dinner, drinks, and spending the night in a fancy hotel! I'm Soo excited!
I'm a little curious what I should do about my exercises. Tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day but I'm thinking of switching that to Sunday. I see the hotel has an exercise facility, pool, etc but I don't know that I'll be able to burn the calories I need to like I would doing my scheduled workout for that day, Fire 45.
What do you think? I started week 6 yesterday so my schedule through Sunday should be: Rest ~ Fire 30/Tone 30 ~ Fire 55 ~ Fire 45. What I'm thinking is switching it, this week only to: Fire 30/Tone 30 ~ Fire 55 ~ Fire 45 ~ Rest.

Most of us are pretty low on money and as you all know healthy isn't always cheap. But when money is low free is a VERY good thing! So the hotel has a nice complementary breakfast...which is a BIG temptation for me. It's a buffet that includes scrambled eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, bagels, pastries and more. Argh! So delicious...and unhealthy!
The hotel also has a "happy hour" rotating menu of chicken tenders, meatballs, baked potatoes, salad, chicken wings, beer, wine, soda, mixed drinks and more. AND complimentary popcorn and fountain sodas are available in the lobby in the afternoon.
So here's how it stands: food wise my friend is paying for dinner, and the hotel, there is free food at the hotel, and we're most likely going to go out for drinks. My daily calories are at 1200 so I can afford to go over but I don't want to go crazy.

Everyone on here has such great suggestions, so let's have it!

hmmm... can you make your rest day on Saturday? That way you can get your normal calorie burn from Turbofire.
For your breakfast try filling up with fruit first. Eggs are always good, maybe they will have some wheat bread or bagels?
You could even take some healthy snacks so that you are not super hungry when it is time to eat....

Just have a good time!!!! One day every once in a while is not bad!! Just don't go way over the top
