How do you crave your crunchy salty needs? I've made baked kettle chips but they don't quite do it for me. Any suggestions?

I eat Quaker Mini Crispy rice cakes. Twelve have 90 calories and the dill pickle flavour is pretty good!

If you can find Pop Chips, they're wonderful. They would be in the section with all the other chips. Very low cal and a few different flavors. The bag is black i think.

Air popped popcorn, spray with canola oil or olive oil, dust with your salt of choice. 3 tbsp dry popcorn = 130 calories and makes quite a bit!

I like rice crackers of any flavour. Those round flat things. I eat them plain or I sometimes put a slice of cucumber on top :) Or I eat them with tuna. Mmmm. So crunchy and salty!

I usually eat Rold Gold Pretzels! They are only 110 calories for 20 of them! Also, they have a fat free version! :)

    I love salty snacks!

i like to eat snikiddy all-natural baked fries. SO delish, and low calories. i also like veggie straws- made with real spinach, tomato, and corn, also very low-cal. they have regular straws, rosemary and olive oil, and chips. i know you can find veggie straws at the jewel, and i have seen those and the fries at costco for a very low price.

Oriental Rice Mix. Similar to this: http://www.nutsonline.com/snacks/asian/sun-mix.html

Be careful with the salt though. Excess sodium will cause your body to hold onto water and will actually increase (temporarily) your weight.
