Where can i get jm ripped in 30 in the uk?

I have only found it on amazon but its region one? Anyone know where i can fine it as i have nearly finished 30ds and want to progress onto ri30.

    It's not available in Region 2 at the moment. But you could always move onto her 6 Week Six Pack DVD. That's really good.

    does the 6 week 6pack just work your abs or all over the body?

    Well it's focused on abs but you do squats, lunges and such too. It's also designed to keep your heart rate up for the entire duration so it's a good cardio workout too. It's actually my favourite of the JM DVD's available in the UK.,it's pretty fast paced.
