i am a teenager and i want to lose weight before school starts and i would like some support while doing it
i am not motivted to be an active person

    Welcome! This site & the phone app is a great way to lose. Logging in your food before you eat is a good way to stay accountable & fix bad decisions before it's too late.

    Hello I will be here to support you I am a student too (college) and am trying to lose weight before i go back in mid september. I used to hate exercising and drinking water but something within me made me accept it and work hard at losing weight. At my highest weight in about april i topped the scales at 230 but with exercise and counting calories i have lost 20 pounds and am 210. So If you need anyone to talk to or any advice im here .

    There are a lot of teens here looking for and finding support for weight loss.

    The fact that you WANT to do it is a GREAT first step. (hopefully without sounding patronizing) I'm really proud of you for that - to be honest - that can often be the hardest part - wanting it and then taking the first step (like MFP) on doing something about it...

    Fill out your profile with your goals (or create a forum signature with them) so people who want the same things can help!! You'll do amazing on here - it really is a FANTASTIC place to make friends and get healthy!
