    A stone is roughly 14lbs... so 6 stone= 84lbs

    Yeah sorry guys I forgot about metric measurements! yeah 84 lbs about 34 kilogrammes. This is my second time lucky as i'd lost quite a lot before only its proved much harder this time round (slower, more exercise needed and more weight to shift!) The loss is here to stay this time for sure! just need to decrease my intake n exercise a bit and it's workable long term!

    That's interesting, don't you use stones in the states? A stone isn't roughly 14lbs, it is 14lbs :smile:
