Had a really cool test done tonight at physical therapy (I have bi lateral carpal tunnel). Part of the therapy for all patients is to improve overall strength. They had a scale that reads your whole body, lean body mass, body fat total and depending on your build your ideal weight.

Found out that my ultimate goal is too low for my bone and muscle, instead of 100 lbs to go, now only need to lose 89, Not a big difference, but I will take it.

This test also told me what my resting BMR is 158 calories off of MFP, really not too bad, but now i know to take that into consideration.

There is a machine that accompany's the body scale, A BioDensity machine. This was really cool, told me how strong I am, found out I am strong like ox. LOL, But more importantly, using this once i week, i will be increasing lean muscle and increasing my BMR.

I am upset about the 158 calories a day, but I hope to improve.
