hi, i've been on MFP for a little over a month and the tools and motivation here are totally great :)

i've been doing the 30 day shred almost every day (skipped a few here and there) and i try to get at least 30 minutes of walking during my lunch break at work. i'm a customer service rep for an online retailer and sitting at a desk all day gets really boring really quickly.

anyway, i decided to post pictures of my progress thus far. it may not seem like a lot, but i'm proud of myself. my belly no longer sticks out as far as my boobs, and i can almost see my hip bones! i also *feel* stronger. i used to feel like i had to drag my body around but now my body moves me (if that makes sense).

the first picture is from about a month ago when i was probably around 145ish. the more recent pictures are from last week when i weighed 135. i'm only 4'11, so the 10lbs is a big difference :)

i hope the pictures work. for those that don't like chubby thighs in tight shorts LOOK AWAY!!
