Tried yoga for the first time in my life and...

And I think< I'm hooked. I am doing usually high intensity aerobics, teach Zumba and lift weights, do Body Pump classes. Today I have discovered a new great challenge for my body. HOW TO FIT EVERYTHING in my schedule?! ))))))))))))

    I really think yoga should be a part of everyone's fitness schedule. Bikram is my reward after a week of heavy workouts, I go on Fridays and it is the perfect start to my weekend! Good for you for giving it a try!
  • I love yoga! We have a hot yoga place up where i live where they put the temperature in the room close to in the 90's so it keeps your muscles warm and limber. Think i may have to sign up for one now that you reminded me how much i enjoy it!
