New to the Forum...Hello! :)

I've been doing fitnesspal for over 1 week, but just recently started logging in online. I've lost 4 lbs so far and have stayed motivated to keep exercising at least 5 times a week. This ap is so great, I have my friends and family hooked on it as well, and we are all seeing results.

After I had my daughter, I lost the 65lbs I gained, but because I work from home full-time, the weight started slowly creeping back on. Next thing you know, I was 18 lbs heavier than I was when she was 1!!! Now, I have to finish what I started and get back to a healthier weight.

I already feel great and don't want to lose this motivation as I usually do (especiall when winter comes).
