i need help :(

okay so today, i did great for breakfast and lunch!
then i went to the gym!

and when i got home i ate sooo bad--we're talkin, ALOT of tostito chips, a bowl of cerial, some pasta, chicken breast, couple bites of other things and then about 7 oreos

im over my calorie count and i worked so hard today :'(
i need help i feel like this happens ALL THE TIME.

    The food is made to make you addicted. I use to do the same. I would eat a entire dinner, then cereal, then fruit, then sweets. I started to go eat organic. I make fruit smoothies, eat more raw foods. Stuff like that. But I'm not 100% or anything crazy. About 30% right now. Once I cut out the sugar out and a bunch of other things., the gorging has stopped. I've lost 44lbs so far.
