my name is Nicole , I am glad to have joined the myfitness pal program to help me lose weight .I am a mother of four, and of course put on some baby weight. I am trying to lose the weight to be more healthier and more attractive( u know ..fit into my old jeans before the children . I do think this will help me get better at maintaining my weight lose . I would love to hear from others who can offer healthy but delicious food tips .

    Kidding! :) Lol. One of my favorite tips is to eat the colors of the rainbow. I don't eat healthy by any means. I eat a lot of chocolate and processed junk everyday, but when I'm in the "healthy" kinda mood, I make my plate up to be colorful. Too much yellow could mean I'm having too much cheese or bread or pasta, for example

    frozen veggies, salsa or guacamole as a dressing or condiment, george forman to reduce fat, & 100 cal packs & fiberone products are great on the run!
