Girls have it sooooo much tougher!

So I started my weight loss goal a few weeks ago. I'm only trying to lose 5 lbs. top. I was doing pretty well and managed to lose 2 lbs. Then something happened (please don't make me spell it out for you, just read the title) and I gained both pounds back. Ughhh>:( I've managed to lose 1 lbs., but you and I both know that it will happen again. Any tips on how to manage weight loss during h*ll week? Please and thanks:)

    You have to control your cravings and watch your sodium intake

    Do you think it might be water weight or bloating?
    That happens to me ALL the time.

    Find healthier alternatives. Drink lots of water. Go for a walk when a craving gets bad.

    Its water weight, ignore it and the results will be there the next week. This is natural for girls and if it doesn't happen you could be dealing with the opposite problem the female triad where you don't get your period anymore

    As long as you're not going over your maintenance calories, any gain that you have should be temporary.
