I"m here for accountability. I am not new to diet and exercise, but I can talk myself into one more serving/treat very easily.
I am looking to finally get into the "best shape of my life", I just need that little bird on my shoulder to encourage me along.
I like to work out hard, lift heavy and I am halfway through the Couch to 5km program to finally make myself a runner. I am hoping the Terry Fox run in September will be my first of many 5km races!
