Health Nutz vs Lazy Fatties in denial
Once upon a time ......

*You met someone who was so into nutrition and working out - that automatically made him/her a snob !

* They can't appriciate inner beauty ...uuggh! So concided!

*How dare they give you advice !! Oh hell no!! It's my life , I do and eat whatever I want ok! :grumble:

*Win them back to the dark side:devil: - Stop looking at me while I eat this tub of ice cream , better yet ! Would you like some??? Come on...hehehe have some

* I see you getting skinny but I refuse to acknowledge that fact ! I can't stand people complimenting you in front of me ..I hate to be wrong and you seem to be doing everything right.

now

I couldn't see how selfish and envious I could be of others when they choose to love themselves.

Even when someone try reaching out to help me , I was too proud to accept advice.

Now, that I'm turning into a health nut, I know how it feels to be on picked on , the rolling eyes, teased and ignored in some ways for my healthy ways ....but hey I'm so happy !!!!

It's a miracle, when you make your mind up, and begin to make changes in your life.

I was once blind...but now I see :drinker:

I BELIEVE !!

That is what has happened to me too. I feel bad talking about health and how really EASY it is to turn it around. I still eat what they eat but not that amount and alot of the times i am eating more than some but I exercise so i can.. I hate getting into discussions with people about diets and how they will start when things settle down or whatever excuse they have for the day.
  • Lmao I used to think the same stuff, and now I'm a health nut

Totally agree. and people want to know whats the secret and don't understand its not a secret. Eat less, move more. Lol. I used to hate that too.

    Love the topic.

I do feel bad for fatties. I used to do sports in school, but never really "worked out."

now that I'm into it, if I go a day or two without doing something I'm just ancy and freaking out. No, its not that I'm impatient, its that my body is telling me to move!

Never be ashamed to be healthy - I'm very proud of it, in fact! I try not to throw it in people's faces, but I don't just sit there and act all apologetic when people start criticizing healthy lifestyles, either. Everyone is free to make their own choices, but I only support the healthy ones. Just keep that positive attitude and maybe it will rub off on the excuse-makers! :drinker:
