Does anyone know how I can boost my metabollism? Ive been working out everyday, getting rest but im still so tired. thanks

    One thing I've found is make sure you're eating enough. And give yourself a rest day. I find that if I don't I'm miserably tired! It's like I just need a day for my body to catch up with what I've been doing.

    This is what works for me, I workout out 1 hr in the morning sub a protein shake for breakfast, and I'm on a natural high all day. Its awesome..
