Major NSVs for me!!!!!

The last two weeks have been life changing for me. I decided to get myself a personal trainer at the gym I've been going to since the beginning of the year and its already proving to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. The first day I met with my trainer he told me something that has stuck with me and that was to eat to satisfy my hunger, not to get full. Since then I've drank nothing but water and lots of it which has never happened in my LIFE. The water has kept me full and eliminated almost all of my cravings. Tonight at work I decided to have my cheat meal at work and got a sausage pizza from our cafe. I ate ONE slice and was satisfied and put the rest up. Now mind you its a thin crust medium pizza which so many times before I would eat 2/3 of the pizza in one sitting, be uncomfortably full and then hungry again a few hours later. Pizza has always been my biggest weakness but I came out victorious today! I'm so incredibly proud of myself for the progress I've made in such a short amount of time.

    Great job! I'm really trying to drink more water too- and I noticed today that because I drank more water I ate less! Hopefully that'll appear on the scale soon :)

    That is AWESOME!! So hard to stop eating.... even when no longer hungry and just enjoying the taste! GREAT JOB!!
