NSV's Galore!

Ok, so I never knew what NSV meant, but apparently I have been getting a LOT of them! My gym buddy hadn't seen me for a week or so (she was on vacation) and when we met at the gym to do our daily grind and the first thing she says "You look like you have lost even more weight since I saw you a week ago!". A female friend that my husband works with told him today that she can tell such a difference in me ( which I deny constantly, LOL), a friend from Facebook was flipping through my pictures and sent me a message saying "OMG you look so different!". A male friend my husband works with said to him one day: "I'm going to be upfront with you; your wife is F***ing hot, and getting hotter" (that one was awkward), and my husband can pick me up easier than he used to. So, yeah, LOL, had to share!

NSV is a Non-Scale Victory. So it could be when someone notices a difference, or you notice you lost inches. Something like that.
