Night time snacking

Alright, I'm not exactly talking midnight but right before I go to bed I often feel really hungry, even if I've eaten well all day. Any ideas on how to fix this? I usually just drink heaps of water when this happens

It's fine to snack at night as long as it's healthy.
The reason most people say to stay away from eating at night is because it's usually high in sugrar, or just overall not very healthy stuff...ice cream, candy bars, etc.0 -
Well most of what I have is nuts and stuff, and they're very high fat. And doesn't your metabolism slow down at night?0

I have to cut off the water by 6 PM, even with that, I make 3 or 4 trips to the restroom during the night. I snack on popcorn typically. It's fairly low calories depending upon how you make it and it's high in fiber. Two cups fills me up most evenings. If I want something sweet, I suck on a popsicle ...the ones I buy are only 40 calories. It satisfies me.0
